Attached is the information about One Creek West and an explanation of our goals in remedying the flooding issue.

Below is a link to the questionnaire which we need from each homeowner who flooded. If renters flooded, they, too, can complete this and offer some estimate of the financial costs to repair the structure. The other questions have to do with personal furnishings, vehicles, etc., losses and the costs of evacuating, the illnesses and the general upheaval in so many lives.
