2021 Annual Meeting – Reminder

Pursuant to Article III, Section 1 of the Bylaws an Annual Meeting of the membership is being duly called and will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. virtually through GoToWebinar.

Sign-In: Starts at 12:30 p.m. (Please log in early to ensure we have time to validate all homeowners.)
Start Time: Meeting Starts at 1:00 p.m.

3. Financial Reports / 2020 Budget
4. Election of Directors: Two (2) Positions for a Three (3) Year Term
5. Open Forum
6. Election Results
7. Adjournment

Due to the pandemic, all voting will be done by the enclosed proxy/ballot only. Your completed proxy/ballot can be emailed to [email protected], mailed to P O Box 6830, Katy, TX 77491, faxed to (281) 858-2450 or hand delivered to 16225 Park Ten Place, Suite 500, Houston, TX 77084; and must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 22, 2021. No voting will be done during the virtual meeting. If you do not return your proxy/ballot, you will not have an opportunity to vote.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

For this meeting to be called to order, quorum of the membership is required. Quorum is 223 homeowners who either log into the virtual meeting or who have returned their proxy/ballot. If quorum is not achieved, the Association will have to recall this meeting, which costs the Association more money. Please do your part as a homeowner and return your proxy/ballot by the date given.

There are two (2) positions up for election at this meeting. If you vote for more than two (2) candidates your proxy/ballot will be used for quorum purposes only.
