For this meeting to be called to order, quorum of the membership is required.  Quorum is 223 homeowners, in person or by proxy (pdf, word).  If quorum is not achieved, the Association will have to recall this meeting, which costs you as the homeowner more money.  PLEASE do your part as a homeowner by attending this especially important meeting or by returning your proxy (pdf, word) by Friday, June 10, 2022. Completed proxy forms (pdf, word) may be emailed to [email protected], faxed to (281) 858-2450 or returned by mail to PO Box 218194, Houston, TX 77218-8194.

There are three (3) positions up for election at this meeting.  If you are interested in running for one of the open positions, you may add your name to a blank line on the enclosed proxy form (pdf, word) and please also call Signature Association Management to have your name added to the ballot.  Bios for candidates who have already expressed an interest in serving on the Board are enclosed for your review, the names are listed in alphabetical order by last name.

We will raffle off, two (2) small generators, several gas gift cards, two (2) Ring doorbell cameras and two (2) Ring camera flood lights.  You must be present to win, and the raffle will only be held if quorum is achieved.  If we do not meet quorum, we will raffle these items off at the recalled meeting.

This is a family fun meeting; we will have a moonwalk and the pool will be open. We will serve Chick Fil A sandwiches. Tents, food, and prizes, too! You won’t want to miss this event!
