Cancellation of Annual Meeting

Due to inclement weather forecast for Saturday, April 13, 2019 (100% rain), the annual meeting has been cancelled. When a rescheduled date has been established, you will receive notice by mail at least ten (10) days prior to the recalled date. If you submitted a proxy, your proxy will be carried forward and used as designated at the recalled meeting; therefore, you will not need to submit another proxy. If you happen to submit two proxies our office will use the proxy that has the most recent date.
